Received: April last week
RFE: June first week
July first week: RFE response sent
July last week: Approval notice sent
August first week: approval notice received
Documents requested for RFE (also suggested by lawyer):
- Client Letter, role/responsibilities, duties, technologies used, company profile etc.
This letter also clearly stated all entities involved and their relationships with each other.
- Purchase Order and Other contract related stuff (all possible). Everyone co-operated.
- Badge (main bulding, her office), timesheets
- photos (cubicle/office building,company logo etc), login screen, machine etc, client phone directory
- copies of recent pay stub and offer letter, job duties
Thanks to everyone who contribute on this forum. It helped us a lot. This is for my wife.

The Washington Post reports on data released from the Border Patrol. We always e-file both AP and EAD even when we dont use them. I recenly filed mine 2 weeks ago. Its easy and fast.

Mine and my wife's 485 must have been "touched" today ... not sure why though. The status still says "Case received and pending..."

Got a denial notice for my wife's AOS application (I-485) though dates are no where current for us ...
Got an RFE for both of us last month for immunization records etc which was replied on time ... The civil surgeon administered few shots and exempted her on few as she is nursing our newborn ... Now this week our lawyer received a notice of denial (not NOID) of her AOS application on the basis of the medical ... not sure what screwing USCIS is doing but I am pretty sure on one thing - they are running low on budget and need the MTR fees etc to collect additional fees ...
Does anyone else have same or similar kind of experience recently .... appreciate if you can share your experience ...

Hi,
My current employer filed my labor and 140 in 2007 under EB3 and are also approved. Now I am planning to move to a different who is willing to start my GC under EB2. Now can i use 2007 as my priority date?

Lou Dobbs said on Thursday he is considering career options including possible runs for the White House or U.S. Senate. Dobbs has drawn fire from Latino leaders and civil rights groups for frequent on-air remarks about U.S. border control and immigration that critics saw as demonizing illegal immigrants. a) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants and their dependents
OR
b) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants only?
If say, the demand data for EB3, till 2004 says 35,000 - does this mean there are a total of 35,000 pending cases in total OR does this represent primary applicants only?
If it represents primary applicants only, what is the multiplication factor we need to use to get an approximate number for total pending 485 cases?

I e-filed my EAD renewal application along with my wife's EAD application on 03/16 and both were approved on 04/07. We both have sequential receipt #s.
However, we received my wife's EAD on 04/12 but not mine. I am the primary application of 485.
Does this happen often ?

My company got a NOF from PBEC asking on why they filed labor from State-A when the company HQ is in State B. Company has a branch office in State-A. Did any one of you get these kind of NOF, if so how did you answer the NOF. Help is really appreicated.
